LoftilyHawker (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the LoftilyHawker mobile application or visit our website.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with our services, we may collect:
- Contact information: Your name, phone number, email address, and business name when you contact us or request a quotation.
- Enquiry details: Information you provide about hotel amenities, products, quantities, delivery locations, and business requirements.
- Messages: Information you voluntarily send through WhatsApp, email, or other contact channels.
- Technical information: Limited information such as device and browser details, IP address, access timestamps, and diagnostic logs that may be processed by our hosting or security providers.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Display our hotel amenities and product offerings.
- Respond to enquiries and quotation requests.
- Communicate about products, orders, and business requirements.
- Improve the functionality, security, and performance of our app and website.
- Prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your interaction may be processed by WhatsApp and its associated service providers under their own privacy terms.
Our app and website may also rely on hosting, security, or other technical service providers. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.
We encourage you to review the relevant third-party privacy policies before using those services.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
Mobile app. The app keeps a small amount of information on your own device so it works properly:
- Enquiry list: the products and quantities you add, so your list is still there next time. Prices are not stored; they are read fresh each time. The list leaves your device only if you choose to send it by WhatsApp or email.
- Install banner: a single setting that remembers you dismissed the “Install app” banner, for the current session.
- App files: screens and product images are kept in your device’s cache so the app opens quickly.
Details you type into the enquiry details or the Request a Quote form (such as your name, company, phone, email, location and message) are held only while the app is open. They are not saved on your device, and they are not sent to us until you choose to send them through WhatsApp or your email app.
Website. The website stores only the same install-banner setting, for the current session. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when the page loads.
Neither the app nor the website uses advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear everything described here at any time through your browser or phone settings, or by uninstalling the app.
5. Payments
The “Pay with UPI” option opens the UPI app on your phone (such as PhonePe, Google Pay or Paytm) with our UPI ID filled in. The payment is handled entirely by your UPI app and your bank. We never see or store your card details, bank account details or UPI PIN.
In the mobile app, you type the amount from your quotation or invoice; it is passed to your UPI app and not saved. On the website, the kit builder displays a UPI QR code for the estimated order value. That QR image is generated by an external service (api.qrserver.com), which receives our UPI ID and the amount — not your personal details.
6. Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help operate our app or respond to customer enquiries, where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights and security.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, maintaining business records, and meeting legal requirements.
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may choose not to provide optional information. However, we may be unable to respond to an enquiry if the information required to process it is not provided.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our app is intended for business customers and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
10. International Processing
Our hosting and service providers may process information in locations outside your state or country, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards where required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate.
